objective

To be the first player to connect 4 of your coloured discs in a line either vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

how to play

1. Player1 plays first in the first game.
   Note: The player starting the current game will play second in the next game.
2. Players will alternate turns after playing a disc.
3. On your turn, click the mouse on any of the columns which you want to place your disc into.
4. The disc will be dropped into the available lowest cell of your chosen column.
5. Play alternates until one player gets 4 discs of their colour in a line which can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal.
6. The game can also end without a winner if there is a stalemate.

keyboard controls

• Move your coloured disc on top of the game board to the left.

• Move your coloured disc on top of the game board to the right.

• Drop your coloured disc in the targeted column.

points system

Points are calculated by the number of a winner's moves deducted from 42 which is the total number of cells.

For example, if a player wins with 4 moves, 42 - 4 = 38 points go to the winner.

This site uses local storage of the browser. The results of the games you play will be stored in your browser local storage and the top 5 players will be shown on the leaderboard.
